Change password
Use a strong, unique password. Changing it signs you out from every other device.
Change email address
A confirmation link is sent to the new address. The change isn't applied until you click it. You'll be signed out of every device when it completes.
Two-factor authentication
Adds a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) to your sign-in. Strongly recommended.
